It’s a great day to show our appreciation, to reflect on what we are thankful for, and a time to express this gratefulness to others. If you are celebrating Thanksgiving today, happy day to you!

I also strongly agree to this quotation and actually it is my motto. there are four things that I always try to remember. Be thankful, be positive, be satisfied, and don’t compare with others. I am a person who believes that happiness is up to myself. Whenever I feel bad, I remember those things. And then I can overcome that situation. Do you remember our past topic “Eating”? At the first class, we discussed about “Eat to live, not live to eat”, and I think it can be the same on this case. The reason why we have something is just for maintain our life, we can’t live for having the best things. Now my laptop doesn’t work well, because I spilled water on my laptop. I can’t use the k on the keyboard. So every time I want to use k, I should copy and paste. It really drives me crazy, but I am thankful for it still works. I know practically it is hard to be thankful for everything. However, you guys try to be thankful for all of you!

I’m totally agree which this statment. Then on earth it gives so a lot of people who have nothing, who have all days to fight for survive. A lot of people want every time more, a better car, a bigger house, a higher salary ect. also I wish me that sometimes, but we should be thankful for what we have. When I sometimes see pictures from poor countries around the world I say me: ” Damn, I have a really good life!” and when I think about that I feel sometimes sorry about all this poor people. On the other hand, I’m really happy about what I have all in my life. All people should one time ask about what they care in their life. So that’s the reason why I like this statement.

I really like the meaning of this quote because I think that the people should be always thankful with the things that they have, I mean if you aren’t enought happy with the things that you have you wouldn’t be happy never, the material things have only to be another instrument to make your life easier, but the objetive in your life have to be happy and makes happiest the people who are around you, for me becomes more importan one simple smile in the street than hundred of dollars.
